Find My Cleaner is being developed by Matthew Cox. The site owner reviews enquiries and cleaner applications. To ask about your information or request deletion, contact mattcox731@outlook.com, quoting your request reference if you have it.
The forms collect your name, email, phone number, nearest town and the cleaning preferences, business details or profile problem report you provide. Village and additional notes are optional. Please do not provide sensitive information, payment details or a full home address.
Details are used to review your enquiry or application and contact you about it. They are stored in the website’s hosted database and displayed in the owner’s protected dashboard. Customer contact details, cleaner contact details, private notes and reports are not automatically shared with cleaners, published in the directory or used for marketing. If a cleaner separately agrees to publication and the owner approves their application, their business name, description, services, coverage, prices, availability, working days, supplies preference, Google listing link and owner-recorded evidence checks can appear in the directory. Publication currently follows the Site’s restricted access; these business details would become publicly visible if the website is made public. We will ask before sharing your contact details with a potential cleaner.
The site runs on ChatGPT Sites with Cloudflare hosting and database storage. Dashboard access is restricted to the owner’s signed-in account. The current website remains private while it is tested. Form submission records your agreement to being contacted about your request. You can ask the owner to delete it. Records remain in the database until the owner deletes them; there is no automatic deletion schedule in this pilot.
This application does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting platform handles authentication for the private site and owner dashboard. Sending a request does not send an automatic email or SMS. The on-screen reference confirms that the request was saved.
An enquiry is a request for follow-up, not a confirmed cleaning appointment. Directory profiles and prices are currently illustrative. Cleaner applications are reviewed privately; consenting business profiles are listed only after owner approval. The owner can pause or delete listings. A Google listing link is supplied by the cleaner and does not mean that Google reviews are connected or that business ownership has been verified. Owner-recorded identity and insurance document checks do not guarantee cleaning quality.
